About Belinda Hall
Belinda is a qualified CPA, accountant and experienced financial controller who is adept at using her knowledge, insight and expertise to help clients consolidate, maximise and grow their business. She listens to truly understand you and your business, is skilled at organising information quickly and methodically, before delivering expert advice based on the big picture.
A love of numbers and financial analysis led her to study a Bachelor of Administration (Accounting major) at Griffith University. After qualifying as an accountant in 1986, Belinda went on to accumulate comprehensive experience as a senior manager across a wide range of industries, proactively contributing to the growth of non-profits, multi-national organisations and small businesses, developing a strong background in manufacturing, governance and finance. Her demonstrated aptitude for leadership and people skills enabled her to build a rapport with staff, peers and stakeholders – both internal and external.
Based on her wealth of experience and passion for maximising business potential, Belinda was inspired to start Cameo Business Consulting in 2016. She has since grown her team to further assist clients. Her role involves being team leader, quality control, financial analysis, signing off accounts, business development and client onboarding, financial control and BAS agent.

Belinda has the innate ability to identify growth opportunities over a broad spectrum of industries. About Debbie Van Der Walt
Debbie is an experienced bookkeeper with extensive expertise, underpinned by her accounting degree and qualifications in Xero and MYOB. She boasts a strong background in auditing and bookkeeping, having built a global career that spans South Africa, the UK and Australia.
Debbie’s commitment to precision and regulatory compliance guarantees that her clients’ financial records remain accurate and up to standard, enabling them to make informed financial decisions.
Known for her dependable and client-focused approach, Debbie is a trusted bookkeeper to many clients. She takes pride in providing exceptional service and is always ready to assist wherever needed. Her wealth of knowledge has been gained across various sectors, including mining, healthcare, prisons, childcare centres, and small to medium-sized businesses.
Debbie’s strengths lie in her honesty, problem-solving skills and dedication to helping our clients achieve their financial goals. Outside of work, Debbie enjoys traveling and spending time with her two young daughters, sharing experiences in theatre, live sports, and exploring nature, especially the ocean.
About Pam Lack
Pam is a dedicated and experienced Registered BAS Agent and Bookkeeper, boasting over 30 years in the accounting and bookkeeping sector.
Specialising in payroll, BAS, reconciliation, reporting, superannuation, and compliance, Pam ensures her clients effortlessly meet their reporting obligations with the ATO. She is passionate about helping clients understand their financial metrics and adopts a collaborative approach to problem-solving, providing clarity and insight into their finances.
She takes pride in educating business owners, simplifying complex compliance issues, and equipping them with the necessary information for informed decision-making.
Pam’s commitment to clients and her lifelong love for numbers make her an invaluable resource for business owners seeking financial support.
She holds a Certificate IV in Finance (Bookkeeping) and became a BAS agent in 2010. Pam has also been a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers since 2012.
Outside of her professional endeavours, Pam enjoys spending time at the beach, fishing, camping, and gardening. An avid car enthusiast, she has a particular passion for FPV street production vehicles.
About Bec Goulding
Bookkeeper & Virtual Assistant
Bec Goulding is an experienced Bookkeeper and Virtual Assistant with over 20 years’ experience in administrative roles across corporate, not-for-profit and allied health sectors. Her Administrative background gives her a strong understanding of business operations and financial processes.
She holds a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and is currently working towards becoming a BAS Agent, further strengthening her technical capability and commitment to professional growth.
Bec is naturally systems-driven, with a genuine love of working with numbers. She enjoys bringing order and clarity to financial data, and has a sharp eye for identifying inconsistencies or areas that need attention. Her thoughtful and precise approach ensures clients can feel confident that nothing is overlooked.

Outside of work, Bec enjoys spending time with her primary school-aged children, walking her Cavoodle, Chilli, and cheering on her son at cricket. She also loves board games and swimming with her family.
About Maddie Hawkey
Bookkeeper
Maddie Hawkey is a qualified Bookkeeper with a background in veterinary nursing, where she spent six years developing strong organisational, administrative and client service skills. Her interest in bookkeeping grew through hands-on experience supporting veterinary practices and her husband’s business, leading her to complete formal training and transition into the field.
She holds a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and has been working in bookkeeping for the past 18 months, building her skills across a range of financial tasks.
Maddie enjoys the structure and organisation that bookkeeping brings, particularly planning out her day and week, completing reconciliations, and preparing BAS and balance sheets. She takes pride in keeping things accurate, up to date and running smoothly for our clients.
Maddie has strengthened her bookkeeping capability through hands-on experience and continued learning through Belinda and the Cameo Bookkeeping team. She enjoys working in this supportive environment, where knowledge is shared and high standards are a priority.
